Subscription terms: how Subscribe and Save works
These terms cover the most. Subscribe and Save option. They sit alongside the terms of service and the refund policy, and they exist so that nothing about a recurring charge is a surprise.
What you are agreeing to when you subscribe
Choosing Subscribe and Save on a most. product creates a recurring order. You authorise most. to charge your payment method automatically, at the interval you chose, until you cancel. The discount is 20% off the one-time price, and it applies to every delivery, not only the first.
What you are charged, and when

How to cancel a most. subscription
You can cancel a most. subscription at any time, with no phone call and no retention script. Cancelling stops all future charges. Any order already placed and paid for is still shipped, or can be returned under the refund policy.
- Open the account portal from the link in any subscription email, or log in at mosthairfibers.com.
- Select the subscription and choose cancel. It takes effect immediately.
- If you cannot access the portal, email hello@mosthairfibers.com and most. will cancel it for you.
You can also pause a subscription, skip a single delivery, change the interval, change the shade or change the delivery address from the same portal.
Reminders before you are charged
most. sends an email before each renewal with the date, the amount and a direct link to skip, change or cancel. If a renewal ever charges you without that notice having been sent, email hello@mosthairfibers.com and most. will refund that order in full.
Failed payments and expired cards
If a payment fails, most. retries a small number of times over the following days and emails you. If it still cannot be collected, the subscription is paused rather than cancelled, so your shade and interval are kept. Nothing ships until a payment succeeds.
The guarantee on a subscription
The 60-day money-back guarantee applies to your first subscription order exactly as it applies to any first order: full refund, return shipping paid by most., even if the bottle is opened or empty. Renewal orders may be returned unopened within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Full detail is in the refund policy.
