The 60-day guarantee

Every first bottle of most. is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. Use it. If, within 60 days of delivery, you decide most. is not for you, we refund you in full and we pay for the return.

What the guarantee covers

The guarantee applies to your first order of most., once per customer and household. It applies whether the bottle is opened, half used, or nearly empty. If your first order contained several bottles, open one and keep the rest sealed; return the full order for a full refund.

How to claim

  1. Email hello@mosthairfibers.com within 60 days of delivery, with your order number.
  2. We reply with a prepaid return label. Return shipping costs you nothing.
  3. Drop the package with the carrier. Done.

Refund timing

We issue your refund to the original payment method once the carrier scans your return. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to post it.

Unopened items

Anything unopened may be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, through the same process.

Wrong, damaged, or missing items

Email us your order number, with a photo if something arrived wrong or damaged. We replace or refund, your choice, and we will not ask you to return a damaged bottle.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or cancelled at any time from your account portal, in a couple of clicks, with no phone calls. The 60-day guarantee applies to your first subscription order the same way it applies to any first order. Renewal orders may be returned unopened within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Cancelling stops all future charges; your next billing date is always visible in the portal.

Fair use

The guarantee exists so you can try most. without risk, once. We may decline requests that look like abuse of the policy, and if we do, we will say so plainly.
