Where we ship
We ship to the United States and to the destinations shown at checkout.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. We quote windows we can keep rather than promises we cannot.
Rates
Orders of $45 and above ship free with standard shipping to the United States. For orders under $45, the rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Transit estimates
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Estimates are estimates; the carrier owns the last mile.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Address changes
Email hello@mosthairfibers.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can change an address any time before the label is printed. After that we will try, and the carrier decides.
Lost or damaged in transit
If tracking stalls for more than 10 days, or the package arrives damaged, email us. We reship or refund. You will not be asked to argue with a carrier.

Duties and import charges
most. ships from Portugal. For deliveries outside the shipping origin, any duty, import VAT or handling fee set by the destination country is shown at checkout where it can be calculated in advance, and is otherwise payable by the recipient to the carrier.
