Drop the package with the carrier. The refund goes to the original payment method once the carrier scans the return, and a bank may take 5 to 10 business days to post it.

How does the free shade swap work?

The most. shade swap is free and needs no return. If the shade you bought is too dark or too light, email hello@mosthairfibers.com with the shade you have and the shade you want, and the correct bottle ships out. Keep the first bottle. most. makes four shades: Black, Dark Brown, Light Brown and Blonde.

There is no time limit on a swap and no charge. An opened bottle of powder cannot be resold, so most. does not ask for it.

Picking well the first time still saves a week. Match the root in the thinning area, in daylight, not the ends. Between two shades, go darker, unless your hair lifts noticeably lighter in the sun. Mostly grey, go one step lighter. What if the shade is wrong on a subscription order?

A wrong shade on a most. subscription order is handled the same way as on any order: email hello@mosthairfibers.com with the shade you have and the shade you want, and the replacement ships free with no return. Then open the account portal and change the shade on the subscription, so the next renewal ships in the right color.

The same portal lets you pause, skip a delivery, change the interval or cancel, with no phone call. most. emails before each renewal with a direct link to change it. The full terms are on the subscription terms page.

The 30-day guarantee covers a first subscription order like any first order. Renewals can be returned unopened within 30 days of delivery.

Can you use the guarantee and the shade swap on the same order?

Yes. most. lets you swap the shade first and decide afterwards. most. counts the 30-day window from the delivery date of the first order; a shade swap does not change that date, and if you are close to the end of the window, email before you swap. If you swap on day 10 and the second shade still does not work, you have until day 30 to email for the prepaid label and a full refund.

If the problem is color, the swap is the faster fix, and it leaves the guarantee for the question it is actually for: whether fibers suit your hair at all. Swap early, so the second bottle has time to arrive and be tried inside the 30 days.

The refund policy says to return the full order. It does not say whether a swap bottle counts as part of that order. Rather than guess, email and ask; most. will answer plainly.
